Catherine Cox - celebhealthy_comCatherine Cox was born on May 24, 1976 in Whangarei, New Zealand. She is an Australian netball player. Throughout her career, she has played regularly for the Australian national team since her first appearance in the year 1997. She is also one of only four players with more than 100 test matches. In addition, she particularly won two World Championships and one Commonwealth Games with Australia.

So how does Catherine keep her body fit all the time? In one of her interviews, she revealed, “At least twice a week I do a two-hour sprint and weights program and two to three times a week I have a two-hour court session. I also play a game one night a week. I’m pretty much always in training but even if I have time off I love to go to the gym because I can do what I want, rather than the exercises someone else is telling me to do.”

For her diet, the netball player explained, “For breakfast I have cereal with skim milk, low-fat yoghurt and berries or peaches, then a banana for morning tea. I try to have my big meal at lunchtime – I love Japanese food. I aim to be as healthy as I can during the day, as I’m hopeless once I get home. After training the last thing I feel like doing is cooking, so I’ll just have cereal or pizza. My biggest vice is carbohydrates.”
