Amanda Beard was born in Newport Beach California on October 29,1981 to Dan and Gayle wherein the former works as a hotel and restaurant management professor at Orange Coast College and the former Teaches Art in High School. Amanda, being the youngest of three daughters, enjoyed watching her two sisters practice for the local swim team which in turn motivated and inspired her to join the team herself in 1986. Amanda had so much potential in this kind of sport she even decided to join a more competitive team in 1994 which was the Irvine Novaquatics.

At the age of 14, Amanda’s exceptional abilities in swimming took her to the Olympic trials making her as one of the youngest U.S. medalist at the time. As she has gone through puberty, changes in her body caused her to struggle with feelings of dislike wherein she took seriously every bit of negative comments people made every time she doesn’t do well in the competitions she participated in. In fact, she even wrote about her feelings under this circumstance wherein she drank alcohol abusively while she was in high school and put it in her 2012 memoir.

As for Amanda, she keeps her focus on keeping herself healthy with her body as its best condition every time she does swimming. For three olympics, Amanda has been spending 30 hours a week training in the pool. Even if she doesn’t have to go on training for a competition, she still swims for abou 8-10 hours per week.

“As a swimmer, it’s my responsibility to keep germs out of the water I share with others. As a mom, it’s important that I also make sure my kids do their part.” Amanda Beard shares.

In 1986, Baldwin had his Broadway debut in Loot which was of Joe Orton’s. His first acting role was from 1980 to 1982 where he played the role of Billy Adrich on the daytime soap opera The Doctors which was aired in NBC. After capturing the Broadway and Television industry, Baldwin then made his film debut with a minor role in the 1987 film entitled Forever, Lulu. He also became the host of one of the broadcast radio series called The New York Philharmonic This Week.

After being diagnosed as a prediabetic on May 2011, Baldwin dropped 30 pounds off his weight and got his blood sugar under control in just four months. This well known American television weather forecaster, actor and book author originally wanted to be a cartoonist before he got into television. In fact he even graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oswego with a degree in communications and Xavier High School in New York City where he became a member of the Cartooning & Illustration club.

Inspite of his success in career, Al Roker had undergone stomach by-pass surgery which he chronicled on Today (1952) to inform and educate obese people all over the world that’s not too late, that they can still do something about it.

In Roker’s new book, the Today show’s weather anchor narrowed down his
regimen by citing his daily routine in detail wherein he bikes two miles to the office every morning at 4.30 am, he uses treadmill desk in his office, he consumes unprocessed foods that are rich in protein and low in carbs. Roker also shares that he drinks protein shakes with berries and almond milk for breakfast and lunch. Basically, his workout routine which was named as “The Slow Method” involves 30 minutes of exercise three times a week in which one can gain body mass and burn more calories.

50 cent or Curtis James Jackson III in real life was born in the South Jamaica neighborhood in the New York City borough of Queens on July 6, 1975. He was raised by his mother, Sabrina who was said to be a cocaine dealer and a lesbian as well.

His mom eventually died after unconsciously consuming a drugged drink. Because of this incident, Jackson had to move his grandparents’ house where the rest of his uncles and aunts live. At the age of 11, Jackson started boxing and had also begun working with narcotics the year after without his grandparents consent. In the mid-1980’s Jackson joined the Junior Olympics as an amateur boxer. “I was competitive in the ring and hip-hop is competitive too… I think rappers condition themselves like boxers, so they all kind of feel like they’re the champ” He confided.

When he was as the age of 21 year 1996, Jackson’s music career soared as he started rapping in a friend’s basement. From then on, he was able to make chart topper albums which made him as one of the most famous rappers in the world. Aside from his music career, he also entered the world of acting. In fact, he even lost over 50 pounds to give life to the role he’s going to play in the movie “Things Fall Apart” wherein a football player gets cancer. Jackson agreed to play the role as a tribute to his friend who also got cancer. Basically, his weight loss program consisted of liquid diet, plenty of sleep and and 3 hour workouts. This wasn’t the first time Jackson dropped weight as he had to go on a liquid diet after being shot in the mouth way back in 2000.

There was a time when he was about to quit the role as he wasn’t satisfied with the amount of mass he’d lost. According to him, the only thing about the regimen is the shift in energy levels and in mood during the last two weeks of the diet plan.

He did this for a month. Unfortunately this did not work to well Ashton as he become sick and had to be hospitalised for a short time, the day before the movie was to be shot.
