Cariba Heine is an Australian actress and dancer born on October 1, 1988 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is the daughter of Kevin Heine and Michelle. Three years after she was born, her family moved to Australia where she grew up inclined to dancing, singing, acrobats, and performing gymnastics. She also developed an interest in acting as she used to participate in their National Capital Acting School. Having the desire to become an actress, she made her first role appearance on screen in 2003 when she appeared as Amanda in Ballistic Sessions. Two years after, she appeared in the Australian television show Strictly Dancing where she was able to flaunt her exceptional dancing skills. She was also highlighted in the Australian TV program H2O: Just Add Water from 2006 to 2010. Naturally a great performer and an actress, she was cast in the teen-oriented TV drama Dance Academy and played the role Isabelle. Her latest screen appearance was in 2012 when she was cast as Delvene Delaney in the Howzat! Kerry Packer’s War.
In one of her interviews, Cariba shared that she does Pilates most of the time. “I am currently doing Pilates three times a week and hoping to pick up beach walking and swimming as summer arrives,” she expressed.
When it comes to her diet, she said, “It varies a lot. In winter I can’t help myself with comfort food so the slow cooker gets quite a work out and in summer I crave food with lot of water content so fruits and veggies also helps to undo the damage that winter does. I mainly try to have a big variety of food, that’s about it.”
