Calvin Harris - CelebHealthy_comAdam Richard Wiles, better known by his stage name Calvin Harris, is a Scottish singer, songwriter, record producer, and DJ. He was born on January 17, 1984 in Dumfries, United Kingdom. His first album I Created Disco was released in the year 2007 and became a gold-seller, making him a remarkable artist since then. Some of his singles that became known were “Acceptable in the 80s” and “The Girls”.

Calvin is very serious with his fitness regimen. In fact, he goes to the gym almost every day just to keep his body lean and ripped. On his Instagram account, he posted a photo of himself with a caption “On tour but also training for next Armani shoot! Staying in a gym routine while on the road is tricky, but as long as you don’t drink, eat well, sleep enough and take one of those mad little ab rollers with u everywhere you’ll be good.” So you see, he’s one health-enthusiast guy!

In particular, he is noted to be performing exercises such as Pilates, Ab Rollers, and any other gym exercises. Some of the foods that he also indulges are salmon, eggs, and  spinach.
