Brian Sell - celebhealthy_comBrian Sell is a retired American long-distance runner . He was born on April 11, 1978 in Woodbury, Pennsylvania, United States. A product of Northern Bedford High School, he grew up with passion for lots of sports when he was still younger. In fact, he used to be a wide receiver on the football team. He also attended school at  Messiah College as well as at Saint Francis University. It was in the year 2008 when he placed third overall in the USA Olympic Team Trials Marathon in Central Park, New York City. Since then, he became a prominent sports celebrity.

Let’s find out how Brian works his body in order to stay fit at all times. “I run with the team at least once a day,” he said in an interview. “Second runs are generally on my own.” What’s his favorite workout, by the way? “2 x 6 mile at 5-10 seconds faster than marathon goal pace,” he answered.

Now what’s Brian’s diet like? “I usually get up three hours before the race, do a little 10-minute shake-out run, then I’ll come back and eat some peanut butter and jelly on toast,” he shared. “It’s the best prerace meal because it’s easy to digest, and it’s easily accessible when I’m on the road traveling to races.”
