Bipasha Basu is a renowned Indian actress born on January 7, 1979 in Delhi, India. Prior to fame, she started to work as a model right after she was discovered by Mehr Jesia Rampal, a model and a former Miss India. It was in 1996 when she joined the Godrej Cinthol Supermodel Contest as well as the Ford Models Supermodel of the World contest where she won both. Finally starting off her acting career, she first appeared on screen in the year 2001 when she was cast on the Hindi film Ajnabee and particularly played the role Sonia and Neeta. Soon after, she was highlighted on different high-grossing films such as Raaz, Jism, Rules: Pyaar Ka Superhit Formula, No Entry, Dhoom 2, Race, and a lot more.
The smokin’ hot Bollywood star shared in one of her interviews how she stays fit. According to her, she usually works out at the gym six times a week. Her workout routine mostly consists of walking on a treadmill, cross training, and cycling.
When it comes to her diet, she said, “I love my food and get all the required nutrition from food only, no supplements. I am eating healthier stuff like stirfried vegetables, spinach, chicken soup, grilled mushrooms or fish and eggs in all forms. Basically I mix a lot of green veggies with meat and instead of six small meals now I eat eight to boost my metabolism.”
