William James O’Reilly Jr., better known as Bill O’Reilly, is an American television host, author, journalist, syndicated columnist, and political commentator. He was born on September 10, 1949 in New York City, New York, United States. ALl throughout his career, he is known for working as a host of the political commentary program The O’Reilly Factor on the Fox News Channel. During the late 1970s and 1980s, he became the news reporter for various local TV stations in the United States. Eventually he became part of the CBS News and ABC News. From 1989 to 1995, he also became remarkable for being an anchor of the news magazine program Inside Edition.

What is Bill’s secre towards maintaining a good, healthy body? Here’s what the TV host shared in one of his interviews: “Drinking a glass of water with lemon juice 30 minutes before you eat a meal: If you do that, you’ll be far less hungry and perhaps you won’t eat as much.”
