In his movie titled Town, Ben had undergone serious and intense workout to fit the role intended for the film. Ben says that even though he has tried to hit the gym for almost three months, he wasn’t satisfied with the result. That’s why he decided to ask the help of former Boston Celtics coach Walter Norton Jr. for further assistance.
Playing the role of Batman, Ben had to aim not just for big muscles but for a more athletic physique. With the help of resistance training with a combination of cardio training and weight training, Ben was able to achieve the development he was aiming for.
