Belinda Bromilow is an Australian actress. She was born in Perth, Australia on May 21, 1975. She is well recognized for her roles in the television series “Spirited”, “Packed to the Rafters”, and “Talk to Me”. Other TV series she particularly participated were McLeod’s Daughters where she acted as Ashley Redstaff and All Saints where she played as Fiona Bannock.
When it comes to exercises, here’s Belinda’s say when she was interviewed by Body and Soul Australia: “I am a bit fickle when it comes to exercise. I get passionate about things and then dump them when something else comes along. At the moment I am having a love affair with meditation. Does that count as exercise?”
As for her diet, she said she can’t resist sweets. “My parents brought me up on snacks such as carrot and celery sticks and it kind of stuck,” she said. “Having said that, I do tend to eat a lot of cake.” She also elaborated how her Sunday usually goes. “I wake up to pancakes with bacon, banana and maple syrup followed by a latte, read the paper and do the quiz, watch my stepdaughter play soccer, go to dinner with friends, then fly to Tokyo for a nightcap with my husband,” she shared.
