Audrey Marnay is a French actress and model. She was born on October 14, 1980 in Chartres, France. The mother of Aidyn de Betak and Amaell de Betak, she was 15 years old when she started to work as a model, particularly appearing on magazine covers such as Vogue and Elle. She also endorsed fashion brands such as Versace and Calvin Klein and worked with photographers Steven Meisel, Irving Penn,Herb Ritts, Jean-Baptiste Mondino, Paolo Roversi, and Peter Lindbergh.
How did Audrey achieve such a healthy and lovely figure? Here’s what she revealed in one of her interviews: “I worked out every day, didn’t eat any food… yeah, right. I didn’t do workouts that make you lose weight, but ones that give you muscles.”
Now when it comes to her diet, she said, “I eat three meals a day, and drink juices that give you extra calories. I didn’t want to be too skinny for the show.” According to her, she’s not really stressing herself about her weight, because she knows she’s very sexy. “I’m not obsessed with being all skinny and stuff,” she said. “‘Cause I’ve got a booty.” Well, that’s the spirit!
