Anna Trebunskaya - CelebHealthy_comAnna Trebunskaya is an Russian-American professional ballroom and latin dancer born on December 28, 1980 in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The daughter of Oleg Trebunski and Irina Trebunskaya who are owners of dance studio, it is no wonder why she grew up loving the art of dancing. She started dancing when she was six years old. Later on in 2007, she and her partner Pavlo Barsuk joined the  International Latin finals in America’s Ballroom Challenge which made her become even more adept in her field. Over the next couple of years, she continued to expose her talent in different dancing competitions and shows. She became even more notorious when she joined the first three seasons of Dancing with the Stars together with her husband Jonathan Roberts. During the 5th season of the said dancing competition, she joined once again and collaborated with celebrity Albert Reed.

When Anna was asked by Shape about her typical workout in order to stay in sexy, she said “Some days I do cardio, but I love resistance training. I have a Total Gym in my house—which is pretty cool because it uses your body weight for resistance (no weights required), and you can adjust it to be as hard or as easy as you want. I use it for 1-1.5 hours five days a week when I’m not dancing, and then sometimes I like to switch it up and take a ballet class or go to yoga. ”

And when it comes to her diet, she explained, “When I’m not on DWTS, I avoid carbohydrates. But during the season, I need carbs just to get me going in the morning. I’ll have something like cereal, oatmeal, yogurt with berries, or a banana and toast. Sometimes I even have pancakes. I normally snack on carrots, but during a tough rehearsal, I may indulge in a cookie.”
