Anna Paquin was born on the 24th of July 1982 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She’s the daughter of Brian Paquin who was a high school Physical Education teacher from Canada and Mary Paquin, a native of Wellington New Zealand who worked as an English teacher. Ana also has two older siblings. At the age of four, Her family moved to New Zealand wherein she became an actress by chance.
At the age of 9, Anna’s performance in The Piano which was released in 1993 marked the start of her fabulous career as she received an Oscar from it. Because of this, she was known to be the second youngest academy award winner ever.
Playing the character Sookie in her latest hit TV show True Blood, Anna shows off a physique different from her previous movies as she got sexier, slimmer and fitter than ever before.
Wondering how she achieved that kind of body? Well, it was said that Anna had the training High Performance at a gym in New York City wherein she does pilates which is a good form of exercise. However, it wasn’t enough to fully tone her body therefore she needed more specialized training such as body weight exercises and resistance training that targeted specific body pars such as arms, legs, shoulders, stomach and butt.
