Amy Davidson is an American actress. She was born on September 15, 1979 in Phoenix, Arizona. Growing up, she developed a huge passion in dancing as she used to be engaged in ballet dancing, hip hop, and modern dancing. She started to appear on screen in 1995, playing an uncredited role on the film “Teenage Tupelo”. Five years after, she again appeared on screen when she was cast as Elizabeth on the TV film “The Truth About Jane”. Eventually in 2001, she became part of the TV series “So Little Time” as well as on “8 Simple Rules”. She also served as a judge for the TV program “Pet Star” from 2004 to 2007. Other than that, she also portrayed roles on “Malcolm in the Middle”, “The Capture of the Green River Killer”, “Criminal Minds”, “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”, and a lot more.
Amy is known to be a huge fan of Yoga. She said in an interview, “I found Yoga almost four years ago and it has completely enriched my life, physically and mentally. I feel stronger. Plus, I’m doing all these crazy things I never though I would ever do. I spend a lot of time upside down and on my hands and I love it.”
