When it comes to her fitness routine, here’s what Amanda shared in an interview: “I do High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. I do high intensity reps mixed with a short amount of low intensity. That way, I’m burning more calories in a shorter amount of time. Its the most efficient way of working out for me since I have such a demanding schedule.”

Amanda is also known as a vegan. “I’m vegan, so I eat a ton of plants!” she said. “I mostly eat vegetables, but will eat some fruit to get going in the morning and to snack throughout the day. I get most of my protein from plant protein, and nuts. Nuts are a great source of good fats, but don’t overdue it, they are high in calories too! I do limit my soy intake to be healthy, eat a lot of beans and get a good amount of fiber in my diet.”
