Ali Michael - CelebHealthy_comAlexandra Nichole Michael, famously known as Ali Michael, is an American fashion model famous for her rarely low weight. She was born on May 15, 1990 in Colleyville, Texas. Growing up, she attended school at Grapevine High School but later on quit studying and pursued a modeling career. When she was 15, she joined the Fashion!Dallas/Kim Dawson Model Search contest, a competition that served as her first step towards her career. A year after, she found a modeling agency called DNA Models and signed with it eventually. Her first highlight happened when she was featured in the prominent magazine’s cover which was the Italian Elle. During the fall season in 2007, she made a runway appearance in New York which made her quite noticeable. She successfully graced fashion shows for well-known fashion designers such as Anna Sui, Alice Roi, Custo Barcelona, Giles Deacon, Isaac Mizrahi, Vanessa Bruno, Karen Walker, Costello Tagliapietra, and many others.

Ali’s stunning and enviably great shape is a result of her handwork at the gym. She constantly trains with her fitness instructor Vanessa Giorgio. Usually, she does cardio exercises like cycling. Here’s what Ali said regarding her fitness routine during one of her interviews:

“I’ve never been a fan of running on the treadmill or being on an elliptical, so cardio was always a bummer. When I started preparing to get back to work, I started working out with the beautiful and ripped Vanessa Giorgio, owner of Lotus Kitty Yoga and Power Cycling in Los Angeles. I found the results of cycling to be great – not only physically, but also mentally. When you’re really present on the bike and in sync with the music and feeling your body, it becomes almost like a meditation.”

When asked about her diet, she explained, “I try to eat organically grown foods and keep any meat to grass-fed. I personally feel best when I don’t eat dairy, but I do love goat cheese. One of my favorite foods would be steamed or baked Japanese vegetables like kabocha squash, Japanese sweet potato and lotus root. The simpler, the better for me.”
