Born in Littleborough, Manchester, UK on 16th of February, 1983, Agyness Deyn is known as an English fashion model, actress, and singer. Growing up, she was once a student of All Saints Roman Catholic High School, as well as Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School and Sixth Form in Waterfoot, Rossendale. At 13, she worked as a part-time server at a fish and chip shop in Stubbins, Rossendale and eventually started her modeling career when she was discovered by an agent while she was shopping in Kentish Town, London. After that, she immediately signed with SELECT model management. In 2007, she became the highlight of American Vogue‘s cover along with other top-earning models such as Doutzen Kroes, Sasha Pivovarova, Coco Rocha, Jessica Stam, and others. A year after, she experienced contributing to i-D magazine as a guest editor. She made her name even more prominent in the world of modeling when she was listed as 200os one of the top 30 models of Vogue Paris. She later on delved into the world of acting in the year 2010 and appeared in the British-American fantasy adventure film Clash of the Titans where she portrayed Aphrodite. Two years after, she quit modeling and focused more on acting.
Blessed with a great figure, Agyness always believes that working out is still very important to maintain as goddess-like body. Her workout mainly consists of cardio exercises like biking and running. She also loves cycling and often goes to far places by doing it. Additionally, she’s a fan of Yoga.
For her diet, she mostly relies on crash diet plans and portion control diet. She consumes five small meals in a day and she doesn’t overeat, though she can devour whatever she wants.
